Refund and Returns Policy

At Humara Village, we take pride in the purity and quality of our farm-to-home products. Because we deal primarily with food items and perishables, our policy is designed to ensure both health safety and customer satisfaction.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (food items, spices, and organic perishables), we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered to ensure food safety and hygiene.

However, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged in Transit: If the product packaging is broken or leaked upon arrival.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order.
  • Quality Issues: If there is a legitimate concern regarding the freshness or quality of the product.

2. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: You must provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the reversal.

4. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it leaves our facility for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the delivery, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:

  • The product has been partially consumed or used.
  • The issue is reported after the 48-hour window.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Slight variations in color or texture (common in 100% natural and organic products).
