1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (food items, spices, and organic perishables), we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered to ensure food safety and hygiene.
However, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Damaged in Transit: If the product packaging is broken or leaked upon arrival.
- Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order.
- Quality Issues: If there is a legitimate concern regarding the freshness or quality of the product.
2. Reporting an Issue

- In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the reversal.
4. Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it leaves our facility for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the delivery, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:
- The product has been partially consumed or used.
- The issue is reported after the 48-hour window.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Slight variations in color or texture (common in 100% natural and organic products).
