Our journey took us to metro cities, where life was faster—but something essential was missing.

The idea of Humara Village came from a very personal experience. While searching for pure jaggery for our elder brother’s child, we faced a surprising challenge. What should have been simple turned frustrating.

The jaggery available in markets was:

• Mixed with sugar crystals

• Sometimes unhygienic or poorly processed

• Lacking freshness and authenticity

• Overpriced despite compromised quality

We tried online options, hoping for better—but the disappointment continued. Eventually, we had to rely on bringing jaggery directly from our village.

That’s when it struck us—if we are facing this problem, countless others must be too.
